DESCRIPTION:About this Meditation\nThis is an in-person meditation where you will leave feeling more at peace and ease. This style of meditation is suitable for anyone\, even those new to meditation. \nConsistent meditation has many benefits\, including: \n\nStress reduction\nInner peace and balance\nClarity of the mind\nImproved focus and attention\nBetter sleep\nImproved mood\n\nWe will work with the breath\, relaxing the body\, and a gentle guided visualization. No prior experience with meditation is needed. The meditation will last about an hour\, and we will have time to debrief. \nIf you want to attain a more peaceful and loving state\, please join us.
