Dawn’s struggle with generalized anxiety disorder and corporate burnout led her to a spiritual path that transformed her life and sparked her passion to help others find freedom and fulfillment.
Dawn built a successful career in corporate America, working as a manager at a Fortune 500 technology company. However, even after achieving financial and professional success, she experienced a deep sense of emptiness. The life she had been striving toward was largely defined by external measures of success. Once she reached those milestones, she realized there was much more to life. This realization led her to seek a more meaningful life, which led her to this spiritual path. Since then, she has transformed her own life and now focuses on her mission to help others do the same.
Dawn is the author of Ancient Healings, Modern Miracles: How 3,000 Year Old Methods Are Transforming the Lives of Ordinary People in the 21st Century. The book shares stories of individuals who have experienced profound healing through Dawn’s work.
Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Digital Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Florida State University.
Dawn is a certified Guide, Healer, and Teacher with the Modern Mystery School, as well as an initiated Celtic Shaman, Ritual Master, and Kabbalist. Dawn teaches metaphysical classes, meditation, and offers private healing sessions at Light Within Healing Center in Tampa, Florida.

The Modern Mystery School was founded in 1997 as a public school, opening these sacred teachings to all who seek them. We stand at a unique moment on this planet, where the mission the lineage holders have long carried, to guide humanity toward the ascension of consciousness, can now be shared openly with anyone called to walk this path. This mission is simple yet vast: to create world peace by empowering individuals to find peace within themselves. Every teaching offered is designed to help people rise into their highest spiritual potential in this physical life, while living with joy, fulfillment, and love.

This direct, lineal transfer has safeguarded the honor of a tradition that holds the secrets of God, the universe, and true spiritual power, available to all who seek it with reverence and walk the Path of Initiation. The Third Order
Behind every lineage stand its main key holders, the ones who anchor its living presence and carry the authority to keep its door open to those seeking the Light. Within this lineage, these key holders are known as the Third Order, entrusted together with preserving the integrity of the teachings and the tradition they serve. Council of 12
Alongside the Third Order stands the Council of 12, twelve women of high initiation who carry the divine feminine leadership of the lineage. They work in close union with the Third Order to carry out the directives of the Hierarchy of Light in service to humanity. The women on the Council receive the title “Divina” to recognize their contributions to the lineage. Each member brings her own unique gifts and spiritual authority, offering counsel and guidance on the missions and projects that move the lineage forward. Together, they anchor the balance of masculine and feminine leadership within the tradition, ensuring the teachings continue to reach the world with wisdom, integrity, and love.
Governing Ipsissimus & Ipsissima Council
Those who have reached the pinnacle initiation of Ipsissimus stand as leaders in their respective areas of mastery, honored for years of dedication and service. Granted this title and authority by the lineage holders, Founder & Hierophant Gudni Gudnason, Sovereign Ipsissimus Hideto Nakagome, and Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave Lanyon, these individuals serve as master teachers and high-level initiates, carrying many roles within the tradition.
